Montgomery County, PA

To access the Chester County section of the trail take the PA Turnpike to Exit 23.  Follow Rt. 100 south to Swedesford Road.  Go left on Swedesford Road approximately 2.75 miles to Phoenixville Pike.  Go left on Phoenixville Pike and travel about a quarter mile to trailhead parking at Battle of the Clouds Township Park on the right.  To access the Montgomery County section, take the PA Turnpike to the Valley Forge Exit, go straight onto I76 to 202 N. to R. on South Gulph Road (you'll see the King of Prussia Mall on your L), to R. on Bill Smith Boulevard (just past the Lonestar Steakhouse on your R)., to the Park N Ride / Trail head parking.

Eventually, access points will be established along the Trail, including Bill Smith Boulevard and Henderson Road areas in Upper Merion and Downtown Bridgeport.  In Norristown, the Trail visitor will be able to use the SEPTA station parking facilities at the Norristown Transportation Center, as they do now for the Schuylkill River Trail.  All Access points will be clearly designated, once the Trail is completed.
