Midway between Lower Perkiomen Valley Park and Betzwood, the trail crosses bright green fields in the Route 422 corridor. Early summer poppies frame the Perkiomen Trail near the trailhead at the County's Lower Perkiomen Valley Park. A variety of trail surfaces allow walkers, bikers, roller bladers, and equestrians to share the trail.
